Would be great to have the option to change the app into English language.

Austria and Vienna are visited by tourists from all over the world and the app is only in German. Why?

The app did not work with my American phone number, nor my credit card, and it’s entirely in English. Also the app is basically just a link to the website.

Your losing a lot of $$ by not having an English version.

Vienna is a hub for international tourism and as you know the parking rules are strict and strictly enforced! This app from why I hear works well but many of us are not well versed in German language. I can get along ok in pubs and restaurants and general interactions but reading and fully understanding this app isn’t in my skill set yet. Please allow those of us that want to be in your city to spend our money wisely and not with parking tickets! Add an English language as well as Slovak and Czechia as they are also your close neighbors. Hungarian also

I wanted to pay for the parking , but couldn’t even register. It doesn’t have any other language other than german. That’s akward

Having in mind how many people use this app and don’t speak German it would be very nice to have it in English.

Aufladen selten ohne Probleme

Kreditkarte, Apple/Android pay oder Bankeinzug als Bezahloption? Fehlanzeige. Paybox als einzige Zahlmöglichkeit mit der einsteiger registrierungsgebühr von 10€ und 30€/monat Ausgabelimit — seriously?!? Zwei user accounts plus eine App um einen Parkschein (mit Zusatzgebühren) lösen zu können? Selber die Zone eintragen müssen in der App obwohl der genaue Standort abgerufen wird? Dauernde Standortabfrage obwohl die App nur noch im Hintergrund läuft? In welchem Jahrhundert lebt denn A1 hier, und warum denn gar so kompliziert wenns doch viel einfacher ginge? Null sterne, nicht genügend. Nicht empfehlenswert.

It’s a shame how they cannot make the app work after so many years! Honestly. It’s a simple app. And still it crashes, it hangs, it blows my mind. Just find a proper developer.

My expectation was to install the app, register, add my payment and I’m all set... Reality is, it has to be connected with paybox account. No way use something contemporary like paypal, applepay, credit or debit cards. Registering for a paybox account is a whole different story even more customer unfriendly. Links to register on iOS devices don’t work... to get through all the hoops just to get a simple park ticket is definitively no alternative to pull a ticket onsite.

Unfortunately at the expense of their users.

Too many long pop-ups in German with no option to change the language... would like to see other language options.

Booking parking time is done really well. If you don’t use A1 as a cellular network provide you can use a credit card, but they don’t store it! Every time you buy more you need to enter card details again. Please find a safe way to store it.

I do not understand why a phone number is needed in the first place, but they should make sure the app would at least work with foreign phone numbers!

It cannot handle debit cards

Absoluter Schwachsinn - als Auslandsoesterreicher kann man app nicht einmal mit auslaendischer telefonnummer verwenden. Bravo A1!

If you live in Austria and drive a lot, this is an extremely useful app. With just two touches you can pay for parking in a restricted zone (for several different cities). Yes, you could do it via SMS but this app greatly speeds up and simplifies the process. Great idea and good execution!
